Our Policy

​At Little Panda Scholars, we carefully plan each class, curriculum, staffing and leasing schedule based on confirmed student enrollments. Because our programs require advance preparation, staffing, and guaranteed, costly classrooms, all enrollments are final. Please review the policy below before registering.

 

No Cancellations, Refunds, or Credits

Once your child is enrolled and payment is submitted:

• No cancellations

• No refunds, full or partial

• No credits toward future classes, programs, or sessions

• No transfers to another child, family, or term

All sales are final.

Why This Policy Exists

Little Panda Scholars commits significant resources before a session begins, including:

• Renting classrooms from LAUSD, which is a major expense whether or not a child attends

• Hiring and staffing instructors well in advance

• Purchasing materials and classroom supplies for each enrolled student

• Aligning curriculum with school expectations

• Meeting required student-to-teacher ratios and minimum enrollment thresholds

Because these costs are fixed once registration opens, dropped enrollments impact staffing, budgeting, and program viability for all participants. This policy allows us to maintain small class sizes and deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

Absences

Missed classes—whether due to illness, travel, school events, or personal reasons—cannot be refunded, credited, or prorated.
We do not offer make-up classes unless specifically stated for a program.

Program Cancellations by Little Panda Scholars

If we must cancel a class or program due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:

• We will offer an alternative class (if available)
  OR

• Provide a full refund for the canceled class(es).

This is the only situation in which refunds are issued.

Changes to Schedule or Location

Occasionally, schools may adjust room assignments or schedules. In these cases, Little Panda Scholars will make every effort to keep families informed. These changes are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
