Welcome to LittlePandaScholars.com (“Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in any classes, programs, or services offered by Little Panda Scholars (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing our Site, registering your child, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or enroll in our programs.

1. Enrollment & Registration

1.1 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child for Little Panda Scholars programs. By enrolling a child, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
It is your responsibility to update us if your contact information changes.

1.3 Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to deny or cancel enrollment for safety, behavioral, capacity, or administrative reasons.

2. Payment, Fees & No-Cancellation Policy

2.1 Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

2.2 All Sales Final

Little Panda Scholars maintains a firm No Cancellation / No Refund / No Credit / No Transfer policy.
By registering, you acknowledge that:

All payments are final
No refunds or credits will be issued
No transfers to future classes or other students
Absences cannot be prorated or credited

This includes illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, school events, or personal reasons.

2.3 LAUSD Facility Rental Costs

Because we rent classrooms and facilities from LAUSD—often at significant cost—your enrollment directly impacts our staffing, materials, and space commitments. This is a key reason for our no-cancellation policy.

2.4 Program Cancellation by Us

If Little Panda Scholars cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances:

We will offer an alternative class (if available), or
Provide a full refund for canceled sessions

This is the only situation where refunds are issued.

3. Attendance & Conduct

3.1 Student Behavior

We reserve the right to remove a student from a class if behavior consistently disrupts learning or jeopardizes safety.
Removed students are not eligible for refunds or credits.

3.2 Parent Communication

Parents/guardians must be reachable during class hours in case of emergencies, behavior issues, or early pickup needs.

3.3 Missed Classes

Little Panda Scholars does not offer make-ups unless explicitly stated for a particular program.

4. Safety & Emergency Procedures

4.1 Parent Responsibility

You are responsible for notifying us of:

Allergies
Medical needs
Behavioral concerns
Custody restrictions
Any information necessary to keep your child safe

4.2 Injury & First Aid

Minor first aid may be administered by trained staff.
Parents will be contacted for any significant injuries or concerns.

4.3 Pick-Up Policy

You agree to pick up your child promptly at the end of class. Repeated late pickups may result in additional fees or removal from the program.

5. Website Use & Content

5.1 License to Use Site

You may access and use our website for lawful purposes related to registering for or learning about our programs.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

You may not:

Use the Site for unlawful activities
Attempt to disrupt or hack the Site
Copy or reproduce content without permission
Misuse registration or payment systems

5.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—curriculum, images, branding, logos, and materials—is owned by Little Panda Scholars and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Site or registering your child, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

7.1 Inherent Risks

Participation in enrichment programs involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

Physical activities
Use of small LEGO bricks or craft materials
Classroom movement
Outdoor transitions

You acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of your child.

7.2 Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Little Panda Scholars, its instructors, owners, and staff are not liable for:

Injuries resulting from normal class activities
Lost or damaged personal items
Website interruptions or errors
Actions of other students

Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Program Changes & Interruptions

We may modify:

Curriculum
Classrooms
Schedule times
Instructors
Program format

These changes may occur due to school policies, LAUSD requirements, or operational needs and do not qualify for refunds.

If a school unexpectedly closes a facility (e.g., weather, maintenance, safety), missed classes will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

9. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party pages such as payment processors or school portals.
We are not responsible for:

Content
Policies
Security
Practices

of any third-party platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Panda Scholars and its staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your child’s participation
Your misuse of the Site
Your violation of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Modification of Terms

If updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will change.
