Our classes are designed to be engaging, structured, and hands-on, helping elementary students build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills through interactive learning.

Summer Mandarin Teacher
Overview
📍Location: Los Angeles, CA 90045 (Westchester)
🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 11 AM
📅 Program Duration: July 27 - August 7
📚 Program Type: MI & STEM Camp (TK - 3rd)
Role Focus
Are you a fan of K-Pop Demon Hunters and/or Pokemon? We are looking for a dedicated, high-energy Spring Camp Counselor to lead our "recruits" through a week of immersive storytelling, mystery, filled with STEM activities, arts and crafts and of course, lots of games and movement! While we have our dance instructor ready to go, we need a camp counselor to bring the fun in K-Pop Demon Hunters and Pokemon.
Core Responsibilities

Command the Squad: Lead a group of campers through daily immersive "missions" and supernatural investigation scenarios.

Theatrical Lore-Leading: Facilitate themed roleplay, helping campers develop their hunter personas and unlock their unique "superpowers" through team-building games.

Tactical Coordination of STEM activities: Manage "demon-tracking" activities, STEM projects and strategy-based games.

Safety & Supervision: Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all campers while managing transitions between training sessions, lunch, and breaks.
Required Skills

Must be 18+ years of age.

Previous experience working with children (Camp, Teaching, or Youth Mentorship).

Ability to pass a standard background check.

Physical stamina to lead outdoor activities and "hunts" throughout the day.
Ideal Candidates

K-Pop Demon Hunters Fan: You are passionate about the "K-Pop Demon Hunters" aesthetic and lore. You can talk shop about the world-building with enthusiastic campers. Same goes for Pokemon as we will offer two tracks.

Immersive Storyteller: You have a background in theater, tabletop gaming, or camp leadership and love staying in character to keep the magic alive.

Reliable & Local: You are based in or near Los Angeles 90045 and can commit to the full week of camp.

The "Vibe": You are patient, creative, and able to turn a simple park scavenger hunt into an epic battle against the supernatural.
STEM Teaching Assistant (Mandarin)
Overview
📍 Location: Braddock Elementary School
🕒 Schedule: Tuesdays, 2:30–3:30 PM
📅 Program Duration: August 2026 - June 2027
📚 Program Type: Elementary Afterschool Enrichment (TK - 3rd)
Role Focus
Support students in hands-on STEM activities while reinforcing Mandarin vocabulary used in the Mandarin Immersion program. Projects may include simple engineering builds, creative design challenges, and hands-on experimentation. We will train staff on the key Mandarin STEM terms of each lesson, which should be the only set of potentially new vocabulary.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist students with crafts, building projects, and learning activities
• Support students individually or in small groups
• Help prepare classroom materials and distribute supplies
• Assist with classroom setup before class and cleanup afterward
• Encourage positive behavior and participation
• Help maintain a calm, organized classroom environment
• Take photos of student projects for program documentation and parent updates
• Support the lead teacher in keeping the class engaged and on schedule
Required Skills
• Conversational Mandarin ability at the minimum
• Comfortable helping students practice vocabulary and pronunciation
Ideal Candidates
• Students pursuing STEM, engineering, architecture, design, or education programs
• College students seeking experience working with children in STEM learning environments
• Individuals interested in hands-on maker or design projects
• Mandarin speakers or Mandarin learners interested in bilingual education
• Individuals who enjoy creativity, problem solving, and working with young learners

Robotics Teacher
Overview

📚 Program Type: Elementary Afterschool Enrichment (TK - 3rd)
Role Focus
Support students during hands-on STEM and STEAM build activities taught in English. Projects may include engineering challenges, creative building, and hands-on science exploration.

Mandarin Enrichment Teaching Assistant
Overview

📚 Program Type: Elementary Afterschool Enrichment (TK - K)
Role Focus
Support students in afterschool Mandarin enrichment classes through language games, crafts, and vocabulary activities aligned with the school’s Mandarin Immersion curriculum.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist students with crafts, building projects, and learning activities
• Support students individually or in small groups
• Help prepare classroom materials and distribute supplies
• Assist with classroom setup before class and cleanup afterward
• Encourage positive behavior and participation
• Help maintain a calm, organized classroom environment

Pokemon BrickMasters Teacher
Overview

🕒 Schedule: Fridays 3-4PM
📅 Program Duration: September 2026 - June 2027
📚 Program Type: Elementary Afterschool Enrichment (TK - 5th)
Role Focus
Support students during hands-on brick building activities taught in English. Projects are Pokemon Keeppley kits with a structural engineering focus.
Core Responsibilities
• Assist students with building projects and learning activities
• Support students individually or in small groups
• Deliver readymade lesson plans and worksheets
• Assist with classroom setup before class, distribute supplies and cleanup afterward
• Encourage positive behavior and participation
• Help maintain a calm, organized classroom environment
• Take photos of student projects for program documentation and parent updates
Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older or have valid worker's permit and parent permission
• Previous experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, camps, coaching, or childcare) preferred
• Ability to pass a standard background check
